Tim Keefe, CFA

Tim is a Partner at LedgerStat Capital, drawing upon more than 26 years of traditional asset management experience and a passion for technology. Today his area of concentration is in the performance and security aspects of Bitcoin including secure storage and key management solutions. Tim is also supportive of the platforms that enhance Bitcoin and help it scale including: The Lightning Network, BISQ, OpenDime, Samourai Wallet, BTCpay and other open source emerging platforms that are enhancing the most important features of Bitcoin. Prior to LedgerStat, Tim was a Managing Director at BlackRock and before that spent most of his career as a Chief Equity Officer and Portfolio Manager at John Hancock Funds.

Ronald Solis

Ron is Director of Institutional Education and Client Support at LedgerStat Capital. Previously, Ron worked as a sales director for a Empower Retirement for 7 years before adopting the Bitcoin Standard and joining LedgerStat Capital. Ron is also a project manager handling conferences, social media, and sales support. Ron is responsible for assisting clients securely transfer Bitcoin from exchanges to both self and third-party custody solutions.

Ron received his BA from Skidmore College, with double major in Economics/Political Science and minor in Law & Society.

Timothy Moynihan, Esq

Timothy is the founder and managing partner of Moynihan Partners LLC. Tim represents a wide variety of emerging and established companies in the blockchain, technology, software, medical device, and professional services industries. He works directly with his clients’ management teams and boards of directors on corporate, intellectual property, and securities issues. Tim previously served as Forrester Research, Inc.’s General Counsel and Secretary where he was chief legal officer, led the company’s legal group, and managed the company’s legal and regulatory affairs. Tim played an integral role in the company’s initial public offering in 1997 and coordinated its secondary offering in 2000.

Tim holds a Juris Doctor from the Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity College.

Lawrence Lepard

Lawrence is a Partner at LedgerStat Capital. Larry has a 30 year track record in investment management principally as a venture capital investor from 1983-2003. In venture capital Larry focused on the application of new technologies and how they changed existing businesses. In particular, he began investing in internet businesses in 1993 and participated heavily in the transformation that was brought about by the internet. This experience is particularly relevant to the adoption of Bitcoin and the cryptocurrency markets.
Today, Larry’s area of concentration is in managing LedgerStat Capital’s two investment funds and in communicating the benefits of sound money and Bitcoin to a larger audience. Larry is also the manager of a private investment partnership which he started in 2006, EMA2. Larry began his career at Summit Partners-1991, where he was a Partner. From 1991-2004 he was a Partner at GeoCapital Partners, a venture capital firm.

Grant Keefe

Grant is a portfolio manager at LedgerStat Capital. Grant was an early adopter of cryptocurrencies and is a strong Bitcoin advocate. He provides analytical support for both investment funds and also plays a role in educating clients on proper Bitcoin storage and security practices. Grant is also in charge of identifying the newest and emerging technologies in the cryptocurrency marketplace. Grant has written on various topics around the Bitcoin ecosystem HERE. Grant received his BS from Boston University, in Accounting. BM and NCR for his understanding of technology, which has played an important role in his investment management career. This love of technical innovation led him to immediately embrace the world changing potential of the Bitcoin protocol.Today his area of concentration is in the performance and security aspects of Bitcoin including secure storage and key management solutions.

Robert Ott

Robert is an advisor at LedgerStat Capital with over 25 years of experience working within traditional financial markets. Robert’s background as portfolio manager and trader with a specific focus on technology has enabled him to adopt the Bitcoin Standard and appreciate Bitcoin’s value proposition. At LedgerStat Capital, Robert serves as advisor, assisting clients with understanding digital assets, ways to custody, and incorporate within corporate and portfolio construction.
